Our Customer Care policy is simple - we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please let us know and we will do everything we can to make it right.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Sale of Goods and Services

 

Binding Contract

  1. Submitting an order on the MTBGA website constitutes a legally binding contract between the purchaser and MTBGA, governed by these T&C.

  2. Payment in full is required at the time of order placement.

  3. Orders cannot be canceled once payment is made.

  4. Prices may change without prior notice.

  5. Goods and services are subject to availability.

  6. MTBGA reserves the right to decline orders at its discretion.

  7. Prices displayed on the website include GST.

 

Postage

  1. The purchaser must provide accurate postal address details when placing an order.

  2. MTBGA ships goods according to the provided details and bears no responsibility for incorrect addresses.

  3. Postage and handling costs are additional and will be calculated during checkout.

 

Risk

  1. MTBGA may arrange delivery in multiple shipments.

  2. Risk of loss or damage passes to the purchaser upon handing goods to the postal/shipping provider.

  3. MTBGA is not liable for loss or damage during transit.

Payment Providers

  1. Payments for goods and services must be made using specified payment providers.

  2. All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the payment providers.

  3. MTBGA is not responsible for any losses resulting from the purchaser's use of payment providers.

 

Events

  1. Event tickets are subject to scheduled proceedings.

  2. If an event cannot proceed as scheduled:

    • MTBGA may cancel the event and issue a full refund.

    • Rescheduling may occur with tickets endorsed for the new date.

    • MTBGA reserves the right to change the date of an event in the unlikely scenario of a delay in products

    • Alternatively, MTBGA may issue a credit for the ticket.

  3. MTBGA accepts no liability for damage, injury, loss, or harm to attendees.

  4. Purchasers of tickets indemnify MTBGA against any claims arising from event attendance.

Trade Promotions

  1. Subject to these T&C and MTBGA's Trade Promotion Prize Draws Conditions.

  2. No refunds or replacements for goods/merchandise purchased with entry to MTBGA Trade Promotions.

  3. Failure to win does not constitute failure to supply under contract law.

  4. Purchasers agree not to seek refund for unsuccessful entries.

  5. Purchasers indemnify MTBGA for any losses due to non-compliance.

Consumer Guarantees and Refunds

Refunds Generally

  1. Contact MTBGA for options if goods do not meet quality or representation standards.

  2. No refunds for change of mind.

  3. Delivery may be delayed due to COVID-19.

  4. Refunds issued to the original payment method.

Australian Consumer Law

  1. Goods and services come with guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

  2. Entitled to replacement, refund, or compensation for major failures.

  3. Entitled to repair or replacement for goods not of acceptable quality.

  4. MTBGA's liability for breach is subject to statutory limits.

  5. Goods sold subject to manufacturer's terms and warranty.

 

Damages

  1. MTBGA not liable for consequential damages.

  2. Not responsible for losses associated with missed opportunities.

Jurisdiction

  1. Subject to the laws of Victoria, Australia.

  2. Invalid provisions do not invalidate the rest of the T&C.
